Andrei Oișteanu

Biografia

Nascido em uma família judaica em Bucareste, Oișteanu fez um curso de pós-graduação em estudos orientais na Universidade de Bucareste (palestrantes: Sergiu al-George e Amita Bhose). Durante o início da década de 1970, ele atuou em Ceata Melopoică, uma banda de música e música experimental liderada por Mircea Florian.

Em 1997, ele fez um curso de Estudos Judaicos na Universidade da Europa Central em Budapeste, Hungria (palestrantes: Moshe Idel e Michael Silber). Entre 1997-1999, ele possuía uma bolsa de pesquisa na Universidade Hebraica de Jerusalém, Centro Internacional para o Estudo do Antisemitismo. Em 2002, ele teve um documentário na Alemanha (Berlim, München, Frankfurt Am Main, Düsseldorf) oferecido pelo Goethe Institute, uma doação sobre "identidade judaica e anti -semitismo na Europa Central e Oriental". Em 2005-2006, ele teve uma bolsa de pesquisa no «New Europe College. Instituto de Estudos Avançados »(como" Convidado do Reitor "Andrei Pleșu) sobre" História da História das Religiões na Romênia ".
