A domesticação de leões é a domesticação e o treinamento de leões, seja para proteção ou para uso em entretenimento, como o circo. O termo geralmente se aplica à domesticação e exibição de leões e outros gatos grandes, como tigres, leopardos, Jaguars, Panteras Negras, Cheetahs e Cougars. As pessoas costumam usar domesticação de leões como uma metáfora para qualquer atividade perigosa. A domesticação de leões ocorre em zoológicos em todo o mundo para permitir que os detentores realizem procedimentos e alimentação médicos.
